Good day!
We, the College of Engineering Student Government, will be conducting our CoEng Oathtaking
Ceremony and Acquaintance Party 2022 with the theme "HIRAYA: A Pursuit to Leap Back
in Servant Leadership, Engineering, and Camaraderie." The event will take place at the EB
Grounds on August 26, 2022, from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and will be attended by our
faculty members together with the elected block and organization officers.
In line with this, we humbly ask your good office to help us with the free utilization of a service
vehicle to carry our band instruments back-and-forth from Purok 6 Masalong, Labo, Camarines
Norte. And if we could expect to go at 2 p.m. and return at 12 midnight after the aforesaid
activity.
Your approval will play a significant part in the success of this event.
