My name is Kevin Pasco Laoblaob but you can call me Kev for short.

I’m from
Pinamungajan Cebu and also I was named after Kevin Durant. One of the famous
NBA player because my father is a big fan of him. Which is the reason I got interested
in playing basketball since I was a child. Unfortunately I got injured that’s why I stop
playing basketball. In fact I am a broken family because my mother cheated on my
father. I was really a happy go-lucky man a man who don’t drink alcoholic drinks a
man who don’t know how to smoke and sleeps before clock hits 10:00PM, YES! I do
exist. Till that problem came and tear me slowly and make me feel that I’m really
broked. I’m letting you see me as a Kevin who is a happy man, a man who seems to
have no problem but deep inside I’m very depressed,sad,broke,exhausted, and
anxious about everything.
In this subject STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT is very important specially you are a
student like me. Because it really helps us to organize goals and objectives
especially if we have a plan to build a business soon. And also this subject is to help
on how to manage the business because there are the kind of strategic management
to provides by developing plans and policies. My perception to this subject is very
helpful on how the business company doing their strategy why the business are
improved. Some of the people build a business and they don’t know how to manage. I
need to understand more of this subject because soon if I have a capital I will build a
business and I know how the business run and they grow and know how to organized
the people work my business. Because strategic management is the ongoing
arrangement, observation, planning, investigation and evaluation. If I don’t have a
capital then I will work the big company this is very advantage to me to take this
subject because I know what are the mission and vision and how the company works.
The strategic management is not about the company this is also related the business
on how to refers the formulation and implementation of the goals and initiatives
involved in the strategies. It involves defining a business strategy with clear plans as
to achieved aligning business activities. This sujects can also be defined as a bundle
od decisions and acts which a manager undertakes. They must have a knowledge
analysis of the general and competitive organizational environment. It looks like
nothing but planning for both predictable as well as contingencies. It is applicable to
both small as well as large organizations. It is a way in which strategies set the
objectives and proceed about attaining them the implementing decisions about
direction the organization. This is a process to evaluates and controls the business
and the industries in which the organization are involved. That’s why we take this
because this organization can better understand If we have a job to fits into the entire
organization plan and how it is co-related to other organization. Look like nothing to
us but the art of managing employees in a manner which maximize the ability of
achieving business object. We all know that the strategic management I one of the
major role strategic management is to incorporate various functional areas of the
organization completely. The strategy of this is can also defined as knowledge of the
goals, the uncertainly of events and need to take into consideration the actual
behavior. It a very very important to us because the strategic management has
become crucil in the world of business and the uncertain environment and the world
in which we live and work. And this subject the main importance is to assist the
business profit and decision making. Tha’t why we need to study this because here
are some reasons why strategic management is crucial for a business. This strategy
is significant because it is not possible to foresse our future if we’re not to study this
maybe without a perfect foresight. We must ready to deal with the uncertain events
which constitute the business environment. It is very helpful to us and I will set time
to study of this subject because it is very important to me to build my own business
soon.
