JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF
DIONISIA ALCIDO PLACEDES

This is the examination of petitioner DIONISIA ALCIDO PLACEDES, of

legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with postal address at No. 105
Loyosen bldg., Hilltop Road, Baguio City. She is a witness for the
petitioners.

The examination was conducted by counsel for the Petitioners, DANIEL

PATRICK HULIGANGA., at the counsel's office at JC 205 Km. 5 Pico, La
Trinidad, Benguet.

The witness answered the questions asked of her in English, a language she
fully understands and fully conscious that she does so under oath and
knowing that she may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury.
