MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT entered into this ___________ at La Trinidad, Benguet by and

between:

Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) with principal office address at

Buyagan, Poblacion, La Trinidad Benguet. Represented by it’s President: Sherry
Junette M. Tagle
FIRST PARTY

-AND-

Upland Driving School and Transport Services Incorporation with principal office
address at Unit 1 Albergo Hotel, Villamor Street, Brgy. Lualhati, Baguio City
represented by it’s President: Michael Conrad Lanban L. Aben.
SECOND PARTY

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) is the “first private

educational institution of higher learning in the BIMAK provinces, whose vision is to
deliver quality education through holistic, accessible and inclusive learning
experiences to build socially and environmentally responsible global citizens and
leaders.

WHEREAS, Upland Driving School is an LTO accredited driving school that offers
Theoretical Driving Course, a requirement for Student Permits, and Practical Driving
Course a requirement for the renewal of Driver’s License.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
do hereby mutually agree on the following obligations:

WHEREAS, The agreed Tuition is Two thousand and three hundred (PHP 2,300.00)
pesos inclusive of Medical Certificate, Portal Account, Book Reviewer and TDC
Certificate;

WHEREAS, Upland Driving School will accommodate criminology students from

CCDC for Theoretical Driving Course;

WHEREAS, Per batch is limited to 40 student;

WHEREAS, The Instructor of Upland is responsible for the computation of the

students scores and grades;
WHEREAS, Seminar will be conducted at Bayabas, Pico La trinidad;

WHEREAS, It is not the responsibility of Upland Driving School to fetch students of

CCDC from their campus or to Bayabas, Pico La Trinidad.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures this
