1. That the aforesaid case is pending disposal before this Hon'ble Court and

is fixed for hearing today i.e. 30.04.2010.

2. That the applicant/ accused is a poor person. He has to support a family of

7 persons including him.

3. That if the applicant/ accused is sentenced to jail, his family would be at

the verge of starvation, hence this application.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be

pleased to release the applicant/ accused on probation, in view of the facts and

circumstances as mentioned above.

1. That the aforesaid case is pending disposal before this Hon'ble Court and
is fixed for hearing today i.e. 21.08.2010 for hearing argument for the
quantum of sentence.

2. That the applicant/ convict is a poor person. He has to support a family of

___ persons including him. Moreover, one of the children of the
applicant/convict is school going. In case, he is convicted the whole of the
family will be at the verge of starvation.

3. That the children of the applicant are at marriageable age and if convict is
sent to jail there is every likelihood of snapping of the marriage, which is
going to finalized this year.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be
pleased to release the applicant/ convict on probation, in view of the facts and
circumstances as mentioned above.
