DRESS CODE

Cracker Barrel’s image is that of an old, country general store, from the porches with rocking chairs to the
decorative fixtures on the inside. Our Guests also expect the dress and appearance of our Employees to be
consistent with this image. Because this is a service-oriented company:

• You must be in proper dress at all times

• Clothing must always be neat, pressed, and clean.

Here is a non-inclusive description of proper Cracker Barrel dress code, but remember that your store
Managers have final say on whether you are dressed properly.
