DRESS CODE POLICY

Agrisolve strongly believes that business should be conducted in a professional manner in which
personal appearance and conduct are very important. A dress code reflects the culture of a company,
and hence it is impera;ve that we follow appropriate e;que=e that reflects an environment that is
efficient, orderly and professional. This policy is applicable to all employees/contract employees effec;ve
1st July 2023.

• Formal dress code will be applicable for employees who interact directly with clients or
business partners. This includes employees from Sales and Services and all client-
facing teams. Also applicable to employees at the Leadership level.
• Employees at the Client site are expected to adhere to a formal dress code.
• Employees are responsible for their respective appearance/dress choice to present a
well-groomed personality.
• Employees must adhere to personal hygiene and grooming.
• Employees who do not interact with clients can wear Business Casuals on all working
days.
• Greenconnect centres male employees must wear blue black cotton fabric trousers,
decent unripped jeans, with blue-black t-shirts, green t-shirts with no imprints, or
company t-shirts. Female employees must wear Blue-black unfitted skirts below the
knees, blue black cotton fabric trousers, decent unripped blue jeans, or company t-
shirts, Blue-black t-shirts, green t-shirts with no imprints or company t-shirts. Dark
shoes or sneakers such as brown, black, dark blue should be worn. No slippers, open
sandals are permitted.
• Employees must wear company branded t-shirts or shirt with blue-black or black
trousers or decent blue jeans for events and other special occasions. Dress Code

Any Deviation from this policy must be approved by Human Resource. Any changes to the
policy have to be approved by the Management. Policy can be revised it is deemed fit.

Non-compliance and Consequences

• If an employee is found violating this policy, then he/she will be asked to change the
attire.
• Repeated policy violations will result in disciplinary action and dismissal.
