Male
• Hair must not touch the collar & no longer than
upper earlobes.
• Sideburns shall not extend below a point level
with the middle of the ear.
• Wash your hair regularly to get a dandruff free,
healthy hair.
• Keep your hair clean, neat and well groomed
with elegant and professional style.
• Apply hair gel or grease to gives a neat and fresh
look.

Female
• Wear only natural lenses that suits eye color
based.
• It is compulsory to wear facial make up
during working hours.
• Minimum make up shall include:

• A watch with conventional/elegant/modest
design with golden/silver metal straps or
black/ brown leather straps.

• Body Odour- Put on an anti perspirant deodorant/
body cologne
• Ears – Clean regularly
• Taking care of your teeth- Brush teeth regularly,

• Nose- Hair nose should be trimmed & without
piercing
• Tattoo – No visible tattoo
 Personal Hygiene
• Socks/Stocking
– Change your socks or stoking regularly minimum twice a
week.
– Check the appropriateness of condition, always spare
socks/stocking in your locker.
• Hands and fingernails
– Clean and neatly trimmed.
– For Housekeeping, Laundry, Food & Beverage, associates;
fingernails must be trimmed at all times and NO nail polish
– For female associates from other department mentioned
above is allowed to grow nail until 0,5 cm and wear natural
nail polish ONLY.
• Make Up /Shaving Tools
– Avoid to borrow or lend to other colleagues. It is proved that
make up/ shaving tools can contaminate diseases.
 Clean As You Go
• Company cleanliness is our responsibility.
• We must posses sense of belonging toward
our hotel and its facilities.
• Do not be the one who initiate the foulness.
• Remind your colleagues if you think that
they did anything against the cleanliness
regulations.
