Christian youth and grooming
• Jesus developed a well-balanced combination of
strengths as a growing youth.
• Luke 2:52 (NIV) And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature,
and in favour with God and men.
• Your body is the temple of God and must be kept clean
and holy.
• Romans 12:1 - I beseech you therefore, brethren, by
the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a
living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is]
your reasonable service.
• 1 Corinthians 6:19 - What? know ye not that your body
is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which
ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
• Most people will avoid a person with poor hygiene, body
odour and dirty clothing. It is very difficult to be an
effective witness for Christ under these conditions.
