of disassembly as a guide for maintenance. Please read the User Manual before you repairing it.

read  this  Service  Manual  carefully.  If  you  need  more  information,  which  this  manual  doesn’t

Chapter 2 Disassembly 
Before disassemble the unit, please make sure that: 
1)    There should be an engineer or technician approved by Com. Emperor; 
2)    The  power  supply  has  been  cut  off,  especially  before  disassembling  the 
printer; 
 
 

2.1 Disassembly of the shell
Take six screws off as follows to separate shell and bottom. (figure2.1.1)

2.2 Disassembly of the main board
1、 After disassembly shell and taking away upper shell, you can see the main board。（figure 
2.1.2） 
2、 Take  off  pinching  screws  and  all  connection  lines,  the  main  board  can  be  taken  out

Chapter3 Replace damageable parts 
3.1 Replace washing tap
1. Open the removable cover and disassemble flow channel on the washing tap(figure3.1.1)

2. Connect new tap with silicone tubes and then put them on the support.(3.1.2)

3.2 Replacement of fuses

1. Insert a screwdriver into the groove and prize the fuse box out（Figure3.2.1）

Chapter4 Trouble‐shootings 
SN Breakdown Description Solution / reason
1 Cannot start 1.Check power supply; 
2.Check fuse;

2 No display on the screen after power  1.    Check power supply;

3 Keyboard fault 1. Check  if  the  connection  between  main  board  and 
keyboard is normal. 
2. Check if keyboard is damaged. 
4 1. Check if washing tap is blocked。

6 Motor does work 1. Check if connection with motor is normal.

3. Check if main board is normal. 
7 Screen is blue or speaker blew 1.    1.  Check  whether  the  connections  of  hard‐core  between 
the main board or connections with main board are formal; 
2.    2.Replacement of the main board and hard core board 
8 No sound of speaker Check if the speaker on the main board is damaged
9 The  lamp  of  the  instrument  cannot  1.    Check the power supply before replace the lamp (5V) 
be lightened 2.    The lamp is damaged, replace it.。
