What do you use banks for? What do you think of the service of your bank? Is it good or bad? Why? How could they improve

Explain your ideas in around 100 words.

The bank that I use is BBVA, which I find very good for the activities that I do like transfer money to someone who borrowed my
money and I paid with electronic money. The service in the app is sufficiently good and it´s quicker than in the physical bank
because you save time in long lines or that the servers are down. I can improve the service creating more servers that they can
´t saturate and the collapse.
