This operating manual describes the operation of this product is as follows.

2 Operation and setting

2.1 Basic operation flow chart

▶ After the initial installation of a good product insert power, showing the start of the
progress screen.
☞ Start screen takes about 15 seconds.

2.2 Parameter setting

▶ "Lock" state as "ON" can not enter the set value, so when you enter the "
Lock " state to "OFF " state after the input.

2.2.1 The validity of setting key and setting value
▶ The validity of the key and the setting value of the product is to confirm whether the set
value of the input key is valid or not.
☞ “Bi”: When you click on the basic set button, enter the set value of the normal time
☞ “BBB”: The setting value of the input box is outside the input range.

Operational matters needing attention


▶ Do not use sharp items (pencil, etc.), and also don't be too hard to beat
when you click on the basic set button and the set value input box. Is likely
to cause trouble or touch screen damage.

2.2.2 Set value input

▶ Function and description of set value keyboard

① Display parameters.
② Display range.
③ Set the value of the display window, beyond the scope of the setting will display the
fault warning information ("Input Error").
④ To stop the input, to return to the original image of the use of the key.
⑤ After storing the input value, return the original picture.
⑥ Enter the decimal point.
⑦ Input (+ / -) symbols used.
⑧ When modifying the input value, the input value can be deleted one by one.

3.2 Fix Run

3.2.1 Fix Run first stop screen

▶ [3.1 Home Screen] Select Monitor Screen,Can be switched to " Fix Run first run
screen".

▶ The input and operation method of the temperature setting value are as follows.

▶ When you enter the temperature setting, click the red button at the top of the left, which

▶ After inputting the temperature and humidity setting value, select the right lower end of
the Run key, can perform the fixed value operation.

3.2.2 Fix Run first run screen

① Condensation temperature display and setting and output status display.

③ The radiation intensity display, the switch or the setting radiation intensity value and
the output state display.
④ Blackboard temperature display, switch or set the temperature value of the

⑦ The turntable switch or the setting period and the display of the running state of the

executed (ON TUNING) or TUNING (OFF AUTO) manual adjustment (TUNING).

TUNING) or OFF (TUNING) manual adjustment (TUNING AUTO).

3.2.3 Fixed value (FIX) run second run screen

▶ The left side of the picture shows the setting value of the condensation temperature,
condensation humidity, radiation intensity and the blackboard temperature, and the output
value of the control.
▶ To set whether to display the data through the tick box.

3.3 Program Run

3.3.1 Program Run first stop screen

▶ [3.1 Home Screen] select "Monitor Screen",can be switched to "Pogram Run first run
screen".
▶ [4. Run operation settings] The running mode is selected as the "program ".
▶ Program setting method, please refer to [5.1 program settings].

lower end of the Run button will switch to [Figure 3-10 Program Run first run screen] .

① Represents the current state of operation.


② Represents the set value of the condensed temperature of the current run.
③ Represents the current date / time, click on the LCD screen that can be turned off.
④ Switch to the main screen.
⑤ Switch from the current picture to the next screen or the next picture.
⑥ Maintain (ON HOLD) or lift (OFF HOLD) current condensing temperature,
condensation humidity, radiation intensity and the blackboard temperature setting value.
⑦ Terminates the current ongoing fragment, forcing it to jump to the next segment.
⑧ Lighting key.
⑨ Stop running the key.

4. Run operation settings

① Select a setting from the Program and Fix.


② Power up operation when setting power cut.
☞ STOP : After the operation is interrupted, the state is restored to the operation of the
stop state when the power is restored.
☞ COLD: After the operation is interrupted, the operation is restarted when the power is
restored.
☞ HOT : After the operation is interrupted, the state can be restored to the state before the
power is off when the power is restored.
③ When locked, all parameters are set to be not used.
④ When changing the set value, it can increase or decrease automatically according to
the proportion in advance. (only applicable to set values at run time).

overall running time setting and running the termination of the operation. (only applicable

5. Program Settings

5.1 Program editor

▶ Screen by program number.


▶ Time signal set, please refer to the [5.4 Time signal operation].
▶ Wait for action, please refer to [5.5 wait for action].

① Enter the number of the program group to be set.


② Set the condensing temperature of the program segment to run.
③ Set the intensity of the radiation needed to run the program segment.
④ Set the temperature of the board to run the program segment.
⑤ Set the time to run the program segment.
⑦ When inserting the program section, select the key and (insert) key in the (01 ~ 99) key
of the program segment 99 ~ 01, and click (insert) key to insert the program segment.
⑧ Remove program from (the code section 99 ~ 01) key in the choice of click, can be
activated (program segment 99 ~ 01) in the selected key and (delete) key, click (delete) key
to delete the program segment.
⑨ Can move the picture to the left / back according to 4 segments.
⑩ Can be moved to the next edit screen or the next edit screen.

▶ Click (Program Number) button to display the input box that can be set mode number.

5.2 Program loop settings

▶ Set the screen for all or part of the loop function of the set.

① Set number of programs to run the loop.


② Sets the number of cycles to which the program has been set.
③ Sets the number of programs that have been running at the end of the program run.
④ Sets the program segment that has been running in the beginning part of the setup
program.
⑤ Sets the program segment that terminates the portion of the loop in the set.
⑥ Sets the number of loops in the program to run repeatedly.
⑦ Set the experimental name of the program that has been set up.
☞ Test name change can be set up in the [5.6 Test Name].
☞ Read only status, can not be changed.

5.3 File Management

▶ [5.1 Program Settings] in the input parameters in the program can be copied to other
programs, can also be deleted.
▶ Cannot delete running program number.
▶ Deleted programs cannot be recovered.

5.4 Cycle Setting

▶ The cycle setting is divided into a ON/OFF operation and a time period setting
operation, in which a set time signal period is set in the program segment setting for the
[5.1 Program Setting]

5.5 Wait Settings

▶ The program group runs in the process of waiting for the action, set the temperature
and humidity waiting for the scope and time of the screen.
▶ In this setting the waiting action is applied to the [5.1 Program Setting].

※ Wait for the action definition

① Wait for the action to enter the condition ("OR").


☞ Has been set for a period of time, temperature or humidity in any one of the not entered
into the waiting time to set the scope of the action
② Wait for the action to remove the condition ("AND").
☞Both temperature and humidity are entered into the waiting time.
③ Without setting the waiting time (initial value), the default value of the waiting time is
infinite.

② Set the temperature range for the application to wait.
③ Set the humidity range for the waiting action.
④ Set temperature or humidity of the PV or HUMI PV (set value) can not enter the
waiting time to wait for the scope of action should be applied to the waiting time.
☞ Waiting for the working time is set to 0, it will be infinitely waiting until the wait action
to enter the scope of.
Sets whether to use a linear model.

5.6 Test name setting

▶ Set each Test name.

7.2 DI Fault record view

▶ Display the breakdown of the DI type and date, time of the screen.
▶ Fault records can show up to 30.
☞ If the failure number more than 30, starting from the front to delete fault number, after
the occurrence of the fault will meet at the end.

8 Time setting

▶ Set the current time and the time to make an appointment.

① Set the current year, month, day, and time.


☞The current time can not be changed during the operation.
② Set an appointment to run a year, month, day, and time.
③ Click (make an appointment) key, which can be run in the set time.
☞ Click (make an appointment) key, as shown in Figure 8-2 running appointment settings
screen, will show the appointment time on the running screen.
