Subject: Payment of Royalty & Penalty toward lifting of soil.

Dear Sir,

Refer to trailing mail on dated 09.12.2020, this is regretfully inform to you that, the
aforesaid subject raised by Rengali Thesildar, is fully unethical due to several reasons. This are
mentioned below-

1. As per Clause No. 23 & 24 of Volume IB, the Royalty of any material especially Soil
mixed will be applicable only, materials comes through Borrow Pits (Govt. Land) from certain
leads. But for CTR Road job, we are totally used the Soil from demarcation land area only,
which is 25 to 30 RM in width & it is provided by EIC of NLC, which not supposed to be Govt.
Land.

2. In letter of Rengali Thesildar it is not mentioned the vendor name by RI (Revenue

Inspector).

3. Also, letter from RI raised by 22.07.2020, but we are getting information the same on
dated 09.12.2020.

Henceforth, we are not any kind of liable for aforesaid subject which is raised by
Rengali RI, on dated 22.07.2020 & according to we are only liable to incoming materials
Royalty except Soil mixed which are taken from demarcation area only.
