World is full of challenges. So that, we must always be ready.

There are times that we will become

vulnerable and we don’t know what to do. But we should be strong and believe that we can make it
because success belongs to those who never get tired to learn. As a student, it’s not easy to manage
time. But I have to find a way to handle everything well. So that, to deal with it, I have chosen another
organization where I spent my time to learn something new and have a better experiences. In a short
period of stay, almost one month, Office of the Municipal Treasurer in Municipality of Pagbilao gave
me wonderful experiences. Being a trainee, at first, I don’t know what I should do because everything
is new because my previous training is so different due to the fact that I transferred from the private
organization, a realty development corporation. I am very thankful and feel great because to be in a
government is an advantage in the future. I experienced to file contract of lease and payroll,
distribute documents in different department, record official receipt number, encode the checks
issued, summarize collection from taxpayer, assist to the paymaster every payday and audit some
accounts. Employees in that government treat me well. They are willing to teach me what the real
works are about. It’s been a privilege to gain something from experiences. As I move closer to my
dreams, I will always remember the lessons and values I have learned from the government such as
be alert, flexible and credible, work effective and efficient, have a competence, diversify capabilities,
build teamwork and act professional. Even most of the times I failed, I should still always be the
person who is always willing to learn, accept that failures are just steps in reaching my goals and I
thank God for everything. I am now ready and prepared to face the real world and work for the
better. My entire On-the-Job-Training taught me these letters AMGPN.Aim High. Make a Difference.
