This Office informs that the Division of Davao City is assigned to produce the SPJ modules in English and Filipino for Grades 4, 9, and 10. The SP} modules will be used as the learning resources of all public elementary and secondary schools in Region XI offering Special Program in Journalism in the elementary and secondary levels. Pursuant to Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and ‘Management Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 - “Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered”, this Office informs the field that services beyond regular working hours, and/ or those rendered on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or scheduled days off without the benefit of overtime pay by our Division Development Team (writers, evaluators and illustrators) of the SP|-SLMs for Quarters 1 to 4 is hereby granted.
