 THIS REPORT HIGHTLIGHTED THE WOMEN SITUATION AS PER SDG 2030;


 THEY STUDIES FOUR COUNTRIES AND PAKISTAN WAS ONE OF THEM.

THEY STUDIED FOLLOWING four THINGS;

1. Child marriages
2. Education
3. Health care
4. Employment, Food Security

 12% (4.9m) are deprived of all; 80%of them live in rural areas; Sindhi; Saraiki; balochistan;kpk
among top
 79.8% of women lack access to clean cooking fuel- which means they are cooking food from the
things which produces germs in the food
 25% are deprived of sanitation services- no toilets
 7% living more than 30min from the closest water source
 Unemployment- richest (86.8%) more likely to lack employment as compared to the poorest
(53.3%) ---- when poor becomes middle class, the first thing they decide is that their women will
no longer work
 Child Marriage; In rich 62% women marry before 18 , and in rich 1 out of every 4 marray before
18---- national aggregate 40%
 Education; 74% of women have an average of less than 6 years of education; in rural this is
98.9% lack access to education
 Health; poor women 70% dont have access to health ; in rich 13.4% dont have it; national = 47.7
proportion of women with no access to skilled attendance at birth-- formula to calculate it
 Food insecurity is a staggering 11% higher among women than among men
 Access to clean drinking water; 32% in rural and 41% in urban households; women and girls
from 80% of households are responsible for water collection
 70% of Female Urban Population lives in slums
 Overcrowded housing- impacting their privacy
