IN ORDER FOR A PATIENT TO QUALIFY:

They must have a clear understanding of the test and must have sufficient family history and at least
ONE personal symptom above. Remember, they will be speaking to a doctor and the doctor makes the
final decision. If the doctor feels the patient was convinced to take a test they don’t need if the patient is
not interested, they will reject the deal instantly. Convincing a patient to accept a product that is not
medically necessary for the sake of making money is fraud and cannot happen. Most rejections happen
in telemedicine, our team will always try to “save” any deal, but they cannot spend too much time
convincing a patient to take a test they don’t want or qualify for because it will likely fail in telemedicine.
COMMON REJECTION REASONS:

• PATIENT DOES NOT HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER WITH AN AUTO IMMUNE DISORDER

• PATIENT DOES NOT HAVE ANY PERSONAL SYMPTOMS

• PATIENT IS TOO OLD • PATIENT IS NOT INTERESTED OR DOESN’T UNDERSTAND THE TEST

• THE DOCTOR DOESN’T DEEM THE TEST BENEFICIAL TO THE PATIENT
