From the superior’s machine (delegator), select “My Delegation

Important Notice

1. Amendment / Expense Submission of TRs raised in the old travel system


need to be done in the old system itself.

Link to old Travel System is present at the bottom of the menu.

2. All old travel expense to be settled within 3 months from the end date of
travel in the old system by 31st January, 2017. Link will not be available
from 1st February, 2017 onwards.

• The employees may access the system by using their ADID from “Top 20
Hot Sites” section on right hand side in Intranet, or else alternatively from
“General Services  Hot Sites” menu in Intranet.
• User manual is available under ‘Help’ section on the portal for ease of use.
