Note: The numbering of Equipments shall be done as per SOP titled
“Control of different equipment” (——–), numbering of Change Parts of
various equipments shall be done as per SOP titled “Control of Change
Parts” (———) and numbering of Dies and Punches shall be done as per
“Control of Dies and Punches” (———).
6.1. Equipment Numbering: Equipments fabricated in various
purposes shall be assigned unique ID. No. as per the steps discussed
below.
o The first three character shall be ‘EQ’ denoting equipment.
o The fourth character shall be ‘/’ (slash).
o The fifth and sixth character shall denote the department in which
equipment is installed. The codes for each department shall be as
follows:
FER : Fermentor
BİO : Biyoreaktor
PRT : Proses Tankı
MXT : Kariştirma Tankı
