• The contribution of the commercial bank of the economic growth is immeasurable.

• In the business industry, there requires two types of capital to fill up
the gap between expenditure of production and the realization of income from the
good produced.

2. Long-term Capital
• Bank creates new capital for the investment for developing the economy growth of a
country.
• Pubali Bank Limited (PBL) is trying to develop the condition of the economy and
society of Bangladesh.

• There are three more types of data.
1. Quantitative data
2. Qualitative data
3. Mixed data

secondary and mixed data are used in the report which provides the
maturity information of the report.
FINDINGS

• All of the bank provides fastest online banking services while

online banking services of the Pubali Bank Limited is very slow.
• Customer can’t get all of the services in one bank they have to go
different branches for different service which is really time
consuming to the customer
• The working speed and efficiency are very disappointed to the
customer that is why many customers go back home without
taking services.
• Employees are not satisfied with the salary of the job.
Conclusion

• As the largest nationalized commercial bank, PBL is operating

every corner of the country providing the banking services to
different classes of customers.
• Pubali Bank Ltd has made commendable improvement over the
past years.
• General Banking is one of the main departments of any bank
• To take any banking services, one has to fulfill all the
requirements of this department first.
