Gingerbread Dragon
"The judges at the Great Neverwinter Bake Off asked for a
show stopper..."
" - The Muffin Man."
A gingerbread dragon isn't actually a dragon, but a
gingerbread biscuit baked in the shape of a dragon, and
given false life with magic. It requires a great deal of
commitment, needing a vast quantity of ingredients, and a
special over-sized oven to bake, as the magic can't work if it
is baked in parts and then constructed (though the result
are only a little less impressive).
It lacks the ability to fly, despite its decorative wings,
though in almost all other aspects it behaves similarly to a
dragon. Somehow, in its enchantment, it has developed the
ability to break down its individual ingredients and expel
them in a mockery of a real dragon's breath weapons,
shooting sticky melted sugar or clouds of spicy cinnamon
from its mouth.
Constructed Nature. A gingerbread dragon doesn't
require air, food, drink, or sleep.
