1. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of a marketing plan. How does it contributes
in the success of business operations? (15 pts)
2. Discuss how does creating a long-term loyalty relationships with customers affects the
operations of the business and the sustainability of its product marketing. (15 pts)
3. Explain the role of the marketing research in the product development. How does its
processes helps in the ff: (15 pts)
a. development of new product;
b. sustainability of the existing products in the market?
4. Discuss how effective the identification of market segments in the product distribution of
businesses. Identify what makes these segments on the priorities in developing a
marketing strategy. (15 pts)
