CONDITIONS OF USE OF THIS DATA

The data contained in this USB Memory Stick is the property of Minerals Targeting International Pty Ltd
(“MTI”), and comprises the GLAM Product (as defined in the Subscription (sublicence) Agreement
between the Subscriber and MTI) as at September 2017. It contains:-

i) Products compiled by MTI;

ii) Products compiled as part of the Global Lithospheric Architecture Mapping Research Project
(“GLAM”), a research collaboration between the GEMOC ARC National Key Centre (“GEMOC”; at
Macquarie University) and BHP Billiton Minerals Pty Ltd. The GLAM project was funded by both
BHP Billiton Minerals Pty Ltd and the Australian Research Council under Linkage Grant
LP0776637, following on from an earlier Linkage Grant LP0453789.

ii) Products compiled as part of the Lithospheric Architecture Mapping of Phanerozoic Orogens
Project (“LAMP”), a research collaboration between GEMOC and MTI. The LAMP project is
funded by MTI.

MTI, BHP Billiton Minerals Pty Ltd, and Macquarie University own the GLAM Intellectual Property as
tenants in common. MTI is licensed to commercialise these data.

MTI and Macquarie University are joint owners of the LAMP Intellectual Property. MTI is licensed to
commercialise these data.

The use of the material in this USB Memory Stick is governed by the Subscription (sublicence)
Agreement between the Subscriber and MTI. Unauthorised use is not permitted.
