Would Like to know that As you Mentained Start up jounrey is not Stright, it
goes up Goes down, Reaches Zero and goes even down andgoes high again,
as you mentioned that burn out is realy condersrate part in this journey, I
Would Like to know How you Handled this burn Out and what is the your
motivativation behind your startup.

Mohammed Ajnash : Evertime When Burnouts Happeds, to compete with Burnouts We have to
Ask ourself Why I Started this business, Why I started this process For
example Why I joined this IIM for you Guys. The Remminding yourself with
question Why Plays a major role which Helps your Turnout your burn out
And Leave out were thing and stay clam for Two to three days, And write
down everthing like what is happening and everthing that comes to your
mind, Because Writing Is better way to understand about youself and
everthing,

When You Face burn out Stop everything Down And Stay clam And write
everthing down , What is happenging here and how to compatete this and
compare your Action, Like if I do this, what Will Happed in my Life Your
predict this Things. This is a Better way of Overcoming this burnout.

Ashish Ranjan : Thank You for your Great the Insight, As you mentioned that it was Very
difficult for hitting your First few client, I Am Very Curious that How did you
managed to get your First Client? How much time did it take to get your first
client ?

Mohammed Ajnash : During my first Day I Got My first Client, because at that time I put some
Advatisement, And Whatup shares which got social Share among the
people, because I put more effect on the Creavity of my advertisement, I
didn’t invest any thing for my first Client. I put lot of hardwork in that
particular work for my first client. So that the Work Is the my Main
Marketing, Because that Work will Show it of to the a lot of people. After the
work I will post the Work And in the last it will Say contact the number for
creative advatesiment purposes. This got Social Share among the peoples
and people Started call “ Is this the Adetive Advatisement and started asking
regarging this and this and that”. This was very much inspiring at the start of
the business.

After Two Months the Customs Number goes low, These Is no clint comeing
to me and hiting the like button. So again I started inceasing the creative
Journey During When Started posting in facebook Advatising and Putting
The value added points, Were I am adding value to ad in social media and
Client Started Approcing me after that.

the the Journey Just Started with Conversation With your brother right. How
Did you Manage to come up with the whole plan After that And How did you
manage to get a Team to make the plan work Out

Mohammed Ajnas :At Intialy we had a Plan for Every Process, We Don’t know the Process. How
to Go about it and How to get And everything. That is What happenes in all
our life what our it may be. But to Stay on the Plan And Think About the plan
and Figuring out how to do the process is every thing.

At the intial Time I Spoke with my Brother, My brother was like start by
doing some thing. But I dont Know What to do and How Get a Client. Is
there Any other creative agensy Like this doing the same servies And to
compete with Them and how to set the pricing point. I Didn’t Know anything
. Like how your IIM Professors Teaching you My Client only Taught Me
everything. Because they are all the business owners, I am Serviing the
business Owners. While I Am Providing to my client, I Ask Them “ How to
Improve My business and how to Increase My Sale Knowledge, Tell Some tip
how to get Some clients” I asked Every Thing to My Client. As Business
People They have tonnes and tonnes Of Experience And They Teach a Lot of
thing to Me. And It gave lot of knowledge If you stay on the process you can
grow With All oppurtinuites. This will enable you find the better way and
better plan to attern your goal.

At The time pricing journey was hard to pick. How to set the price because
there is a lot if competion is there and will the clint run away from or come
to me after see the price. This knowledge Comes with experience and the
Experience is the main thing in any business. The main thing Is that you Stay
with process Where you will gain experience.

Dinesh Kumar : So what arew the challenges that you have faced as startup to position
yourself , Like you told that there were trust issues, and was offering Free
Solution to the Clients, Apart from that what are the other Steps you have
taken to Establish Yourself as brand in the market as a start u. this Is the
problem that every startup face, when we are starting as startup it is realy
important to estabilish ourself in the market. How did you go about it,

Mohammed Ajnash : Positioning is a very important is a very much important,. This is a


important pillar during any business what ever the business may it is very
much important. If i say the Mc donals, you get the Name that there is a
burger. That is the positionif any one say about Hritik Chawla you get that he
is good guy He wears Boom headset and wears Spects thatis one type of
postioning.
At the intial Stage t I get throuhht to the client only throught the trust, apart
from that I show my value through social media and social connect , how
much it will impact the business, which will create the trust the Trust and my
positioning. “ He is that guy, he does the business very well . there is the
trust know. Which creates very litteli bit awareness about you right.i go to
the social media and website where post lot of post , blog showing about
the company and the staffs to the people.

Shoow the People Angain and again the same thing like that if I am a
business startegies , till death I am business startgies, not like that if today I
am business startgies, day after tomorrow thati will be something else. Is
chose any thing Always stay with. It is Important to postion yourself. Before
positioning that this what I am going to do , you go Experimenting. Which is
the better one for me and after experiment fix a thing and go with in to the

stage that you your family was not as supportive as you thought they will
be , when taking this kind of life changing decsions how did you soke uop
yhe pressure, when you are not supported by your family members you will
feel the imanse pressure upon ourself. How did you manage that pressure?

Mohammed Ajnash : Not Only for me, All the Indians face this situations mostly, If your are born
in UK and US the parents more support and even funding you. This Is
happening win the western Culture Not in Indian Culture, Defentinly it will
change.

At the intial stage they were not getting the awareness, what is this business
, how wil the money come . My parents are not educated, they didn’t attend
the colleges also so they lack the awareness. I found out that the person
who will observe my pain and passion. My brother are educated and my
cousins are also educated, I usaully I speak with my brother first. I uasual
Collect support From them and Grather them all and go and attach my
parents. My brother will be like give them one or two years he will
Successed, Then my parents also supported me. When you ask your parents
for Limited risk they will definitely accept you idea ask them give me two
years I will defeinity successed and or else i will go to a job. If yougive them
this kind of justified Demand will accept you idea nad support you. That it.
