This is with reference to our Lease Contract for Staff House located at Lagundi, Mexico,
Pampanga with Contract No. 1400013183.

Our lease agreement with you will expire on January 16, 2021 and we wish to extend our
tenancy until February 15, 2020.

All other terms and conditions incorporated in the original contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
