UNPAID RENT
Good Day!
This is to remind you of your unpaid rent in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT
TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 182,000.00). The breakdown of which is us follows;
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 162,000.00) for the 2nd
floor;
TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 20,000) for the 3rd floor.
We have allowed you to continue your stay in our property despite your arrears of NINE
(9) months, because we honor your commitment with us. As part our contract, failure to pay two
(2) consecutive rentals shall be a ground for termination of the contract.
