for the installation of fiber optic wires. In the course of drilling,
our state what happen to the pipes. Considering that it needs
immediate action, we undertook the repairs and spent Eighty-
Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos and Seventy-Five Centavos
(P89,200.75).

Accordingly, this letter shall serve as DEMAND for the settlement

of the aforementioned amount within blank days Otherwise, we
will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you
to protect the interest of this office. 

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and
preferential attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of
litigation.
