    changes for the past weeks, which may have resulted in your letter of request being overlooked.
    Consequently, it took almost three weeks before your letter reached my office.

    At Citi Hardware, we deeply value our professional relationship with you, our customers, and we
    take pride in ensuring our client's satisfaction with our services. However, we admit that this time
    we failed in meeting your expectations. Because of this, our Communications Department has
    already been directed to undertake certain measures to prevent communication system failures in
