    Dear Mr SMA Chiniah (ID 8804305184084)

    The subject matter refers.

    It is with great regret that we must inform you of a delay in the payment of the December 2021 salaries
    due to a delay in the release of funds from the bank into our business account in order for us to pay
    salaries, our investors and partners are both local and overseas based and sometimes international
    fund transfers take time and require strict approval processes.

    This delay has placed severe short-term constraints on the business, retarding our ability to settle our
    obligations in a timeous and proper manner.

    This is most unfortunate, and we wish to extend our sincerest apologies to our staff for any
    inconveniences caused.

    We will keep you posted in this regard.
