Subject: Agreement Regarding January 2022 Accounts Data

I am writing to formally acknowledge and agree upon the current status of the accounts data for the
month of January 2022.

After careful review, it has come to our attention that the complete accounts data for the
aforementioned month is not available due to unforeseen circumstances. However, in light of this
situation, we propose to proceed with the audit by considering only the bank entries for the month
of January 2022.

We understand the importance of adhering to audit timelines and the significance of accurate
financial records. Therefore, we want to ensure that the auditing process can move forward
efficiently despite the unavailability of certain records. We are committed to providing any additional
information or clarification that may be required during the course of the audit.

Furthermore, we would like to make it clear that your auditing firm (CityHive Technlogies LLP) will
not be held responsible for any objections or concerns raised by the society members in relation to
the unavailability of complete accounts data for January 2022. We acknowledge that your scope of
work will be limited to the available information, specifically the bank entries for the mentioned
period.
