Dear Mayor Limbungan,

This has reference to the memo brief of the Cotabato Environmental

Management Office (CEMO) dated August 9, 2022. One of the matters raised
in the said memo is that two(2) municipalities have not yet submitted their
solid waste management plan (SWMP) viz: Makilala and Tulunan As a
consequence thereof the provincial government’s performance rating for the
grant of Seal of Good Governance award/incentive have been affected .

Anent to the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully request your good office
to submit the aforesaid SWMP as soon as possible to this office, so that the
same could be credited as an accomplishment in our rural multi-sectoral
development efforts.
