PROJECT TIME FRAME

The group decided on backyard gardening as their recommended source of income. The
timetable below shows an approximate timeframe for the aforementioned livelihood project.

Timeframe Description/Activities

First Month to Second Month Preparation Time

● All of the necessary equipment and

supplies for the livelihood project are
now being prepared. Considering pre-
research was required, the period
given was two months. Pre-research
the crops and fertilizers that will be
employed, as well as their
compatibility with the backyards of
each household. Furthermore, while
this is essentially backyard farming,
the equipment to be utilized must be
taken into consideration.

● Seminars or workshops are also

required for anyone interested in
participating in the livelihood program.
The seminars or workshops will cover
gardening basics as well as the usage
of various tools and supplies, such as
fertilizer and tools for cultivating the
backyard.

Third Month Launching of the Project

● The unveiling of the projects and the

last day of the workshops will take up
most of the third month. This month
will also be dedicated to the
deployment of the necessary supplies
and equipment.
 Fourth Month Preparing the Backyard and Seed Planting

● Cleaning, preparing for calamities and

cultivating the soil will be part of the
backyard preparation. Following that,
begin planting the seeds that were
given out.

Fifth Month to Eighth Month Nurturing the plants / Harvesting

● This is the time to take care of the

plants or crops so that they grow
properly and are ready to harvest.
Irrigation or watering, weed control,
and pest management will all be part
of the nurturing process.

● These months will also be harvesting

months, and because certain plants
will be ready to harvest before the
eighth month, the residents can begin
harvesting them now. And for the rest
they can harvest them when the right
time comes.

Ninth Month Preparing the products and Selling

● After harvesting, it's time to sell.

Make certain that the things are in
excellent shape before selling them.

● Sell the items to the target market

you've chosen, as well as develop an
advertising to boost sales.
