Third-Party Inspection Scope

 All the documents, reports / records shall be in English

 Company’s PO requirements shall be verified
 MTC shall be as per Company’s TDC
 Individual reports for Chemical / Mechanical Test need to be provided along
with the calibration certificates for the equipment’s used for testing
 Heat treatment details with performed Date, Actual Temperature, duration,
and furnace serial with calibration certificate no. for each heat treatment
process (Normalizing, Austenitizing & tempering).
 NDE (UT/MPI) reports need to be provided along with the
equipment calibration certificate, Level II certificates for the NDT Technician &
Eye test Certificate.
 Heat treatment reports along with the copy of graph.
 Furnace survey report need to be collected. (Frequency: 1 Year)
 Calibration certificates of Temperature measuring, Controlling & recording
instruments need to be collected. (Frequency: 3 Month)
 All the documents and reports shall be vetted, dated, signed, and stamped by
TPI and Company’s Client.

NDE details with performed date, Equipment serial, calibration due date, and NDE
personnel Name & certificate no.

For 4145H Material Hardness testing as per NS-1 standard also.

4130 Material - If you are certifying for "X" rating, Additional Tensile testing shall be
done at 180DegC.

Provide supplier documents of Hunan shunfu metal material Co ltd.

All the certificates and other documents you are providing to us shall be vetted,
dated, signed, and stamped by Sayatva along with Sayatva's CoC.

MTC as per Supplied TDC.

7-1 ( Test Method, Acceptance criteria, Specimen size, Location, Orientation....etc)
