Presentation, Analysis, and Interpretation
Sleep is an essential element that lets your body and mind rest so that you can
wake up feeling rejuvenated and alert. Healthy sleep helps students stay focused,
enhance comprehension, and advance academically. Hence, the purpose of this
study is to determine the effect of sleep on students’ grades of the former grade 11
of NMSCST (now grade 12).

In this correlational research, we used questionnaire to collect data, and simple

regression to analyse, the data collected from the questionnaire. The Pearson
Correlation Coefficient of the statistical tool is employed.

This chapter provides an overview of the study’s analysis and outcome.
