Introduction

Huili Polycarbonate U panel system is an advanced polycarbonate sheet connection system, which has same
advantage of hollow sheets, such as the excellent light transmission, heat insulation and high impact resistance.
What makes it better is that U panel system has no thermal expansion problem, and design with leak-proof. All the
designs stand out due to the high impact resistance, high transparency and low weight.

Huili polycarbonate U-panel systems are offered in 10mm, 12mm,
16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm thickness. Panel width is X structure
determined by the system width 600mm or 1050mm. Maximum
panel length is 11.98m. (We should take consider to the container’s
6 walls structure
max length when shipping.) Standard Huili U panels include UV
protection on one side (UV protection on both sides is optional for
special orders).

Huili's unique patent leak-proof design, it ensures 100% leak-proof when there is a large amount of water on the
roof.
Huili's unique design of "strong double hooks" and patent design of "double-button fixed base" ensures that 100%
of the roof system will not fall off when the wind load reaches 7.0 kpa.

Installation Data

Huili U panel system is designed for both rafter and purlin construction options, flat or curved. The recommended
minimum roof slope for Huili U panel system application is 5%. For lower-slopes- rafter design is recommended.
