Supplement on KPI and teacher motivation system

1. APPLICATION

1.1 This Supplement agreement describes the conditions of remuneration for teachers at EnglishDom according to their
level(grade) that may be one of the following: Junior, Middle, Senior. It is attracted to the standard contracts for the
provision of individual services, and is mandatory for parties involved in interaction with EnglishDom teachers.

1.2 An employee of the Company, whose authority includes the conclusion of contracts with teachers of EnglishDom (in
the absence of such - the Director of the Company), is responsible for ensuring that the contract with the teacher of
EnglishDom refers to this Supplement.

1.3 This Supplement Agreement is applicable for all the similar cases starting from October 1, 2021.

2. WAGES
2.1 Newcomer teachers are assigned with a grade drawing on their results after introductory training part and their
previous teaching experience.
Already experienced EnglishDom teachers are assigned with a grade by the head of teachers’ department.

2.2 Lesson rate and level:

2.5 Changes in the bonus system and the conditions for their accrual are not used in this incentive system.

3. PROMOTION TO THE HIGHER GRADE


3.1 An increase in grade, that is, the transition of a teacher from Junior to Middle, and from Middle to Senior, is possible
if 6 (six) full months have passed since the start of their work in the Company, or since the moment when the teacher was
assigned his current grade. Revision of the teacher's grade will be carried out if the necessary criteria are met according to
the new grade:

3.2 Undergoing an interview with a methodologist. It is a video call in the form of an oral interview on methodological
topics, as a result of which the methodologist assesses the teacher's readiness for the transition to a new grade.

3.3 The special condition for the transition of a teacher from Middle to Senior grade is obtaining an international
certificate. The teacher must provide the company with one of the certificates listed below. The provided certificate must
be issued no earlier than three years before the date of its provision to the Company:

4. COMPENSATION OF EXPENSES
4.1 While raising their grade, a teacher is entitled to the compensation of 50% of the cost of the exam / certificate, which
serves as the basis for the upgrade, only in the case that the exam was passed during the employment at EnglishDom,
meaning the teacher was involved in conducting classes at the Company. To receive the compensation, the teacher sends
a copy of the receipt or bank statement confirming the payment to the supervisor exam by e-mail:

4.2 Compensation is paid if, after changing the grade and rate in the way described in section 4 of the Supplement
agreement, the teacher guarantees continued cooperation with EnglishDom for the next 12 months. In this case, the
supervisor submits a request for compensation.

5. THE PROCEDURE OF THE GRADE TRANSITION


5.1 A teacher sends a request for an upgrade and a certificate (transition from Middle to Senior) to the supervisor by e-
mail: supervisorHTeach@englishdom.com

5.2 The Supervisor verifies the authenticity of the certificate and its compliance with the criteria specified in the section
3.3 within 7 days.

5.3 If during the verification the authenticity of the certificate was not confirmed, or it doesn’t meet the criteria specified
in the section 3.3, the supervisor informs the teacher about it.

5.4 Based on the results of a successful check, the teacher and the Company change the terms of the agreement between
the Company and the teacher on the grade and update the data in the Teacher's Personal Account.

5.5 The terms of the new teacher’s new grade come into force on the 1st day of the next calendar month.

6. SCHEDULE AND COURSES


6.1 The teacher is obliged to maintain an up-to-date work schedule within the EnglishDom platform in accordance with
the schedule and the workload approved at the start of work by the number of hours per month.

6.3 The schedule is set for 6 months and cannot be changed without agreement with the head teacher.

6.4 Courses are conducted in accordance with the teacher's level requirements:
Courses

Children (8+);

teenagers;

general course to upper-interm;

common special English courses: job interview, English for Tourism;


highly specialized courses: irregular verbs.

7. SALARY PAYMENT (UAH)


7.1 Payment is made to a VISA or MasterCard bank card issued in Ukraine. To arrange a timely first payment, you need to verify
your card in your Personal Account on the platform https://www.englishdom.com/ SALARY section.

7.2. Payment is made once a month from the 10th to the 15th day of each month for the previous one. If one or several days in the
period from the 10th to the 15th day of the month are holidays or weekends, the payment period is postponed to the next working day.

7.3 All questions about payments should be sent to salary@englishdom.com.

7.4 All information on the amount of payments to the teacher for the current period, as well as the archive of data on payments for
previous periods (if any) is stored in the Personal Account of the teacher under personal login data at the link
https://www.englishdom.com/td/
