➢ Following materials will be issued on the day of reporting

• Identity Card
• Academic Curricula
• Time Table
• Students Hand Book

➢ Laptops will be issued after commencement of the classes.

➢ Original Documents with one set of Xerox copies to be submitted on the day of
reporting
• CLC & Conduct Certificate (Original Compulsory)
• 10th Pass Certificate
• 12th Mark sheet & Pass certificate
• Covid Vaccination Certificate
• Covid Testing (RTPCR) Report(Testing should be done before 72 Hours of
Reporting)
• Wanting documents / Fees ( If any )
• Two Passport Size Color photographs

➢ Hostel (for Hostel Boarders)

Hostel seat will be allotted on the day of reporting.

Hostel Mess Charges of Rs.22,500/(per Semester)- should be deposited preferably
through the following link
https://kiitee.kiit.ac.in/payment/

All the hostels are fully furnished.

Each boarder will be provided with Cot, Chair, Table, Cupboard, Mattress, Pillow,
Bed sheet, Dining tray, Bucket, Mug and Dustbin etc. He/ She has to come with
personal belongings only.
