Abstract–This template describes the style and formatting requirements of an abstract submitted for the ICRP
2021+1 symposium. It is based on, but not identical to, the ICRP Annals standard format. The abstract, not to
exceed 400 words, is a single paragraph fully justified with the first word on the first line, ‘Abstract’, bolded.
Abstracts must be submitted no later than 9 September 2022. The typeface used is Times New Roman. The
font size of the paper title is 16 point. The font size for the author name(s) is 14 point, while the author
affiliations and abstract are 11 point. Please avoid tables, figures and formal references in the abstract.
