SUBJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF RAMAK DAM TRIBAL SUB DIVISION DI KHAN

SH:

Reference Letters:

a) (JV) PEMC/NZT/Ramak Dam/1751 Dated: 29th July, 2022

b) New/Zam/055 Dated 23rd August,2022

It is hereby submitted that the contractor is showing non seriousness towards execution of work.
Refer to letter (a) whereby the contractor was directed to provide his site staff and camp details
however till day no response has been received regarding the matter. Furthermore, the contractor was
verbally directed to provide security arrangement to the survey team but to no avail.

Secondly the contractor Project Manager is not available for the subject project and is engaged in
other projects of the contractor and has yet to pay a visit to the project.

Whereas the letter at reference (b) whereby contractor is falsely accusing our staff of changing the
centerline 03 times, however it is iterated here that there were no major changes in centerline that
would disrupt the progress of the contractor. A single minor change was observed as per site necessity
however, the change was applied before jungle clearance and not after as claimed by the contractor.

Furthermore, our Resident Engineer is deputed at site and available there 24/7 along with his
assistants.

Whereas the work delay is caused by rainfall and heavy flood in the area which have damaged the
main highway and Ramak to Koi- Bahara road and accessibility to dam site is impossible.

Keeping in view the above facts that the contractor is baselessly alleging the consultants and it is
assured that the project will be running smooth once the floods are cleared.
