Final delivery of equipment’s is subjected to the approval after successful submission of KYC and will be updated to you on your
registered email I.D. Delivery of the equipment will be arranged from the nearest stock hub subjected to its availability. Centralized
phone and ticket support will be provided by the Sunsoft eRP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SUNSOFT).

Minimum Billing Period : 1 Month


Delivery Charges : NA
Rental Security : 2 Months
Equipment Security : As per KYC Status
Delivery Period : 4-5 Days
Validity : 15 Days

Terms Conditions:
Recurring Rental Payment for the recurring monthly rental should be paid in advance on or before the due date, failing which late payment charges @
2.5% per month of the total due payment and will be invoiced in subsequent monthly invoices. All the payments are to be made in
favour of ‘SUNSOFT eRP Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’ Only.
Extension or Return The rental duration will presumed extended at least for a minimum billing period mentioned in quote, if the rented equipment return
request is not received from the hirer. You are requested to ensure that the material/equipment is returned on time or request for
the extension of rental duration should be communicated in 7 days advance of expiry of rental duration.
Defect/Loss Liability The liability of SUNSOFT is limited to the serviceable faults of the rented equipment/s only, and it will not be liable or taking any
responsibility for the physical damage/breakage/loss occurring due to any mishandling/theft or any other reasons. In case of
loss/breakage/damage of equipment/s caused to the system by any act of negligence or natural calamity including fire, riots,
earthquake etc. The hirer of the rented equipment will have to bear the cost of the new equipment calculated after the deduction
the 55% of the rent already paid for the equipment/s.
Other Terms In any case, the rented equipment/s should not be open or service by person other than the service engineer or authorized technical
representative of SUNSOFT. No software will be preloaded except Linux by the service team of SUNSOFT until agreed before. In case
equipment’s are returned before the end of rented duration as mentioned in the quotation or acknowledged by the hirer, the due
rent for the leftover duration will be charged or adjusted from the security amount paid to the SUNSOFT. Before the final dispatch of
equipment’s, the hirer needs to ensure that all the valid and required documents for the KYC should be provided to the SUNSOFT. All
legal disputes will be settled under Chandigarh jurisdiction.
Service and Support Any reported fault in the whole or specific part of rented equipment/s will either be repair or replace within 1 working day if the
hirer physical location is in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Panchkula or Mohali. For faults reported at other locations,3 days will be taken for
any repair or replacement.
Taxes GST Extra applicable @18% as per the existing direct tax compliance and will be charged at time of invoicing
