INTRODUCTION:

Business ethics is the study of appropriate business practises and regulations

with relation to potentially contentious problems such corporate governance,
insider trading, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility, and
fiduciary duties. Businesses may occasionally decide to uphold business ethics
as a fundamental guideline in order to gain the public's favour. A common
source of guidance for corporate ethics is the law.
Business ethics are important because they have a lasting effect on many levels.
Growing investor awareness of environmental, social, and governance issues
puts a company's reputation at danger. An unethical company practise, such as
insufficient customer privacy regulations and protections, could result in a data
breach.

ETHICAL ACTIVITY:

Something that abides by moral norms is defined as ethical. Moral standards are
used by people to discern between good and wrong. Ethics is a worldwide
phenomenon. Every civilization has its own set of moral laws that specify how
its citizens are expected to behave. Nearly every society demonstrates some sort
of ethics. For instance, treating patients regardless of their gender, ethnicity, or
nationality is morally acceptable for doctors. Additionally, ethical behaviour
keeps social peace and concord among society's members and helps to ensure
that society runs smoothly. Someone who leads a moral life may enjoy a good
standard of living and garner respect from others.

UNETHICAL ACTIVITY:

Being unethical is the exact opposite of being ethical. A person who does not
uphold moral principles is unethical. People who behave unethically refuse to
adhere to moral or suitable behaviour standards. Due to unethical behaviour,
civilization could collapse into anarchy. There are certain commonly accepted
unethical behaviours just like there are in ethics. There are well defined ethical
and immoral behaviours in various professions. For example, it is considered
unethical for doctors to self-promote. Furthermore, it is thought to be unethical
for the wealthy to take advantage of the poor for their personal gain. In the
business sector, it is discouraged to use trademarks other than one's own for
illicit personal advantage. Like this, ethically abhorrent

All the unethical activities are discussed in following (entrepreneurs, students,

employees and housewives)

EVALUATION OF ENTREPRENEURS:

 Stealing, fake excuses to avoid the work : In this survey stealing the
products and time, such conduct is unethical and detrimental to the company.
Because employees are compensated for labour they did not perform,
stealing time is essentially the same as stealing money. A corporation might
not notice the effects on its bottom line if only a few employees steal time
and the products. However, the effects of widespread time theft can seriously
harm a company's profitability.

family to the groom or his family, ostensibly for the bride, as compared to
bride price, which is a payment by the groom.

complete the unachievable targets for the company’s profit. That leads to
depression and anxiety for the employees. Also they were not able to give
time to their family.

care employee highlighted that people abuse them for no reasons and they
were not capable to take action against them as well as they also got pressure

Recommendations

practices
• Employees should choose right path for growth in their profession and
provide the right information in their resume
