➢ Yes, ethical activities mean basically to connected with beliefs of what is
right or wrong or you can say morally correct and acceptable by the
society.
And unethical activities which are not morally acceptable by the society.

2. Can you narrate any unethical experiences?

➢ There was an incident, one day when I entered my shop lately, I caught
him stealing appliances from the stockroom.

3. How has the incident affected you?

➢ This incident affected me like, I was in sock because why he had done
that when I pay him enough salary.

4. Do u think being unethical is right or wrong?

➢ Most of the time it depends on the situation, some time it must be done
for the right reason but at this place I think that doing this kind of thing
is not correct in any manner.

5. What you would have done if you were in that position?

➢ If I was at his position, I would have never done that because it was not
right.
6. How the incident affect society?
➢ The incident which I described affects the society in an unusual manner
like he steals goods just for extra income and when people do such
things, they came in a habit to do this on a regular basis.

7. What do you think compromise the ethical practices at workplace?

➢ First, the worker doesn’t see the workplace as their own place also they
think like there are so many discriminations among them and other
worker who is at higher position. Money problem with the small workers
is also a reason to compromise the ethical practices at workplace.

8. What is the reason behind those unethical activities? What do you think is
the reason?
➢ In my opinion, the reason behind that is he was having some shortage of
money for his livelihood, or he was having something in mind to buy or
something, so he needed extra money in a real quick way, so he had
taken that path.

right or wrong or you can say morally correct and acceptable by the
society.
And unethical activities which are not morally acceptable by the society.

2. Can you narrate any unethical experiences?

➢ When I was not at the store for some days, my staff was handling all the
work here and when I came back to store, I checked all the groceries and
their amounts and stock with their details like MRP and expiry date etc.,
which is a very important work in a grocery store so I found that some of
the items were of after the expiry date and they were selling them
without checking them.

3. How has the incident affected you?

➢ This incident affected me on a direct as well as on an indirect basis
because customers who are not regular in my store after finding that we
sold them an expiry product most of them will not come back here and
our reputation in the society will also get decrease and in an indirect
way because who are our regular customers they came back and
complained that we have given them an expiry product.

➢ Most of the time it depends on the situation, some time it must be done
for the right reason but at this place I think that doing this kind of thing
is not correct in any manner.

➢ If I was at his position, I would have checked all the goods before taking
from the wholesaler and even before selling to our customers.

6. How the incident affect society?

➢ The incident which I described affects the society directly because
people who would not see the expiry dates and use the product, it will
be harmful for them and mostly for them who are suffering from any
diseases or any allergies.

➢ First, the worker doesn’t see the workplace as their own place also they
think like there are so many discriminations among them and other
worker who is at higher position. Money problem with the small workers

➢ In my opinion, the reason behind that is he was having lack of
knowledge and attention about all the goods and services we should
provide to our customers and even he was not punctual in his duty
which he was given.
