● Communicated with high school administration regarding community service and high
school activities;
● Organized the ASA RUN race to encourage drug-free and healthy lifestyle choices;
○ Managed ASA RUN event Instagram account, @asarunpy;
○ Raised approximately $20,000 from 1,700 participants;
● Worked with other student governments and former ASA students to raise money
for a 3D printing machine to print face masks/protectors for La Costa, Migone and
IPS hospitals;
● Coordinated “La Olla Popular,” an event in which students gather up and bring food that
will be cooked in bulk and later donated to orphanage Hogar Guadalupe, and Nursing
home La Piedad;
● Served as Treasurer in sophomore grade and Secretary in junior year

National Honor Society Grade 9
● Anti- bullying Policy
○ Opened a hotline in which students could reach out anonymously and report
bullying and other issues between students;
○ Handled conflicts between students and created a safe space for everyone

● Partidi
○ Collected balls for a foundation called Partidi, which uses sport as a tool for
children in vulnerable situations to be able to socialize and live healthy lifestyles;
○ Donated more than 450 balls to children and stayed at “Hogar Ñemity” to
play with children and teach them to read and write

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Operation Smile High School
● Non-profit medical service organization that provides surgery for children suffering
from cleft lip and cleft palate in remote locations around the world;
● Raised money in piggy banks all over school and in neighborhoods for the children
receiving the operations;
● Helped families interpret medical paperwork relevant to the operation;
● Viewed an operation from the operating room;
● Participated in virtual fundraisers during the Covid-19 pandemic;
● Completed a total of 40 hours

Habitat for Humanity High School


● Nonprofit organization that helps people around the world build or improve a place
they can call home;
● Built a total of two houses over the course of my high school career;
● Spent one day per month building houses for 6 hrs outside the city limits;
● Completed a total of 216 hours
Teleton High School
● Nationwide televised fundraiser that lasts one week in which people all over the country
work to raise money for disabled people that can't afford treatment;
● Built chairs and bath supports out of recycled pipes for disabled children who can't
afford materials to live comfortably, and deliver them personally;
○ Spent more than 16 hours in the building of chairs per year
● Raise money and give emotional support to children and their families at the Teleton
Center once every month for a whole day;
● Volunteered weekly for 1 hour on Wednesdays and every Sunday for 2 hours
○ Worked for one hour every day of the month in November
● Completed a total of 960 hours

Arbolito
● Organization that keeps dedicated to the preservation of nature; High School
● Clean parks and streets in Asuncion;
● Volunteer at the Vivero, where trees are grown to be replanted across Asuncion;
● Continue volunteer work through Covid-19, since volunteer work is conducted outdoors
● Completed a total of 20 hours

“Símbolo de Dignidad” Highschool


● Símbolo de Dignidad was founded after Paraguayan guerillas abducted two senators
and held them for ransom in a campaign to help Indigenous communities. The
communities refused the monetary offer, so Símbolo de Dignidad was founded to
send ethical help;
● Managed my class’s donations and transported goods to the main distribution center;
● Campaign lasted a week.
● Completed a total of 34 hours

Fundraiser for Masks Highschool


● Initiated personal project to fundraise for masks to give to Hospital General San
Pablo, National Police and my school’s maintenance team;
● Raised money for more than 200 washable masks purchased from Paraguayan
workers who needed work;
● Completed a total of 147 hours

Fundación Conin Paraguay High School and College


● Nonprofit organization that helps with malnourished children and their mothers
meet basic needs;
● Raised money and helped the mothers take care of their children while they work;
● Volunteered at parks during the Covid-19 pandemic, following safety guidelines;
● Worked for 2 hours per week after school
○ Earned permission from school to spend an entire school day (8 hours)
working every two weeks.
● Completed a total of 624 hours
Fundación Naho High School and College
● Organization that focuses on helping young mother empowerment through education
and social formation;
● Volunteered every weekend at Naho and took care of the children while their moms
went to work or school;
○ Volunteered every other Saturday for 5 hours
● Made bracelets and then sold them online and in my neighborhood to raise money
and help these mothers pay for their child's needs during the Covid-19 pandemic
● Completed a total of 180 hours

Techo High School and College

● National organization that builds houses for families that live in extreme poverty all
around the country;
● Fundraised on the streets of Asunción, knocking on windows and asking for donations;
● Spent a weekend building three homes in the Chaco region of Paraguay;
● Completed a total of 80 hours

● Provided administrative and office support for the team;
● Took charge of scheduling meetings and attending to customer service needs;

Pro Business, Intern Assistant High School


● Pro Business works by connecting business together and offers professional advice
for developing companies;
● Worked primarily with other interns but also got to experience working with the CEO;
● Attended meetings and learned the basics of developing an idea and companies;
● Created schedules for the CEO of the company;
● Proofread contracts with lawyers and pitched ideas for clients

AlCampo, Marketing and Sales Team College


● Venture that works to promote social accountability and ethical choices.
● Produce free range products such as eggs.
● Worked with the marketing and sales team, speeding the word about sustainable choices and corporate
