Why I Want to Be a Teacher

We all attend school to pick up new skills and form healthy habits, even if we learn these

things at home as well. I may therefore say that my mom was my first teacher. Teachers

constantly want their students to learn more. They value queries from students who wish to learn

more. My teachers and my mother are the only two people in the entire world who enjoy

responding to my dumb inquiries.

I’m studying to be an elementary school teacher because I believe that children can

achieve a lot more if they learn early. Our youthful lives revolve largely around school. We spent

most of our time there when we were young. Children start to form ties with people who were

not around during their early years. For a student who dislikes school, this could have a negative

impact on their interpersonal interactions and lifelong learning successes. I want to teach because

of this. I wish to provide a joyful and safe learning environment for kids.

For most of the day, children are with their teachers. What the kids see and who they are

around has an impact on them. They not only provide academic knowledge but also good

manners, sportsmanship, and self-worth. Children require these elements in their daily lives. This

is why teaching is such a crucial profession. Most people agree that teaching will be a difficult

profession. But if you can win over your kids, I believe it will be simple. I am confident that the

benefits will ultimately outweigh the costs. The satisfaction I seek comes from seeing a pupil

grasp a brand-new skill. Through education, I aspire to make a difference in their lives.

School has always been fun for me. I take pleasure in both learning about new subjects

and assisting others in understanding them. I want to encourage kids to be interested in

education, even if it's only one subject. I want to pique their interest so they have a reason to get

up in the morning and work hard at what they do.

In the same way that I have inspired myself, I want to encourage kids to pursue their

dreams and passions in the same way. I want my students to understand that anything is possible

if they put in the necessary effort. My motivation comes from the small smile that appears in my

siblings' eyes after I correct one of their incorrect responses. I put my all into my studies because

I know it will all be worthwhile when I can greet my students with, "Good morning class, my

name is Mrs. Martinez."
