i The following forms are attached with this RFO:
BPD 4-1: Request for Quotation (RFQ)
BPO 4-2: Schedule of Services and Priced Quotations.
BPD 4-3: Technical/Required Specifications of the SeNices/Producl.
BPD 4-4: Standard Specimen of Documentation and Conditions.
TOR : Terms of Refercnce by the progiam.
There is no mandatory requirement of tender security.
The confirmation of ihe award should be in the form of a Purchase order, prepared by the
Purchaser. attached to which will be the conditions of purchase. Two copy of Purchase order
will be signed by both the Purchaser and the Service ProviCe[ one copy will be kept by the
Purchaser and another copy given to the SeMce Provider.
iv. Payment made against Purchase order arising lrom this Request for Quotation will only be made
in Bangladesh T;ka. The Unit Rate(s) offered by the Service Provider, if accepted' shall remain
fixed for the duration of the Purchase Order.
v. ln case of any arithmetical discrepancy between the Unit Rate and the Total Amount quoted,
then the Unit Rate shall prevail for both the evaluation of quotations and the subsequent
Purchase Order.
vi. Depending on the final requirements; the quantities sho/\,/n may be increased or decreased by
up to fifteen perc€nt (15%) and this shall be reflected in the Purdlase Order.
vaa There will be no public opening of quotations; the Purchaser is not bound to accept the lowest
evaluated responsive quotation and reserves the right to accept or rqect any or all the
quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Quotations must be valid for a p€riod of thirty (30) days from the closing date of
the Request
for Quotalion.
2. The Conditions attached hereinaffer may only be varied with the written agreemenl
of the Purchaser and no terms and conditions put forward at any time by the Service
Provider shall form any part of the Purchase Order'
(a) The provision of the services shall be mmpleted as per attached TOR'
(b) Deliverables: As per attached TOR.
(c) The Service Provider should obey the Copy Right rules of Bangladesh.
3. Payment : The method and conditions of payment to be made to the service Provider under a
Purchase Order shall be as follows:
(i) 1OO% payment will be made upon submission of fnal deliverables and acceptance
thereof. Bill/lnvoice is to be submitted to BRAC Procurement Department (BPD)
Program will acknowledge it.
(ii) Payment will be made through an eleclronic Bank Transfer direslly into any
scheduled Bank in Bangladesh in favor of your company. Payment will be made within
30 working days (minimum) after vetted by program. lt is noted that the Service
Provider's must fill up their company accounts number as per instruction in their bill:

Background & BRAC lnternational operates in 11 countries since 2006. Our

The video should be understandable, inspirational, and

The AV will be primarily for the external audience of
BRAC and secondarily for the internal audience of
BRAC.
It should highlight the work that BRAC lnternational
staff does and the impact it has in the daily lives of the
grassroots community.
The AV will be used to inspire and give a second
thought to every stakeholder on the great work we do
through BRAC.
We want to showcase evidence-based impact on
poverty alleviation.
