Respected Sir,
Thank you very much for your kind inquiry requested to us.
We assure to render the quality you require in the best of our ability.
Regarding the building façade development, keeping in view with your requirements, we quote as under.
The prices are based on the manufacture, supply and installation of the building façade development as
enumerated.

A.) Materials used and scope of work:

1.) Fabric: The proposed fabric shall be Ferrari Stamisol (PVC, yarn fabric) from France, and carries a
manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years.
• The fabric exhibits qualities such as UV protection, avoids dust & noise pollution for which
ever area it covers, to mention a few.
• The recyclable factor makes it’s an eco-friendly material.
2.) Wind Speed:
• A material of standard design would provide a wind resistance for wind loads up to 45m/s.
• This fabric boasts to stand up to wind loads of 150m/s.
(In short this material is applicable in the in countries where wind speeds exceed up to 150m/s)
3.) Structural features for varying designs :
Steel Structure:
• 2.5” dia. curved steel tubes
• Perpendicular as well as inclined supporting members 1.5” steel tubes
Accessories:
• Base plates, anchor bolts, nuts and washers wherever required.
• Other steel extrusions, welding of joints.
Aluminum Structure:
• Aluminum Profiles will be installed on building façade to hold fabric.
• Aluminum is a light metal by nature, thereby avoiding any increase in dead load onto the
building structure, when profiles are fixed.
Accessories:
• Anchor screws will hold profiles onto the building facade
• Beadings, welding of joints, if necessary.
5.) Lighting: (Out of scope of work)
• Linear fluorescent lighting.
• The light holder will be welded to steel structure.
(On request we will supply and install lighting on separate quotation)
 6.) Welding:
• (For larger areas) The fabric has to be joined , before installation
• This will be as per design requirements
7.) Fabrication & Installation :
• All fabrication will be done in factory premises.
• Storage space for fabricated materials to be provided on site.
• Installation process will be done on site.
• Additional space required on site as per design
