DOSAGE & FREQUENCY
Active Duodenal Ulcer
-PO: ADULTS, ELDERLY:
20–40 mg once daily for 4
wks.

Symptomatic Gerd:
PO: ADULTS, ELDERLY,
CHILDREN WEIGH- ING 20
KG OR MORE: 10 mg once
daily. May increase to 20 mg
once daily after 4–8 wks if
necessary. Discontinue once
asymptom- atic for 8 wks.
10–19 KG: 10 mg/day for
up to 4 wks. 5–9 KG: 5
mg/day for up to 4 wks.
