Clinton's eight-year term is reflected in some aspect of domestic policy and national security

questions. The positive aspects of his leadership seem to have a greater effect on his legacy than
on the negative aspects. Bill Clinton led the United States of America from 1993 to 2001. He is
commended for bringing about significant economic changes that put the country on track to
win. In this and many other economic policies, Clinton's administration is still very important.
However, national security was threatened and many scandals and conflicts erupted. This paper
analyzes his policies and their outcome, whether they were successful or not. This research will
help us better understand how effective President Clinton's administration, home programs, and
international policies were over the course of his presidency

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY The objective of the study is to critically analyze the outcomes
of various important policies (that they had a negative or positive outcome/ they failed or revived
the US’s system) framed out by President Clinton.
REASEARCH QUESTIONS 1. What are some of the major achievements of President Clinton’s
government during the 8 year term? 2. Where the domestic policies of president Clinton lie-
between effectively good or bad? 3. Was the international policy/ foreign policy of Clinton’s
government a total win-win policy? 4. Did the national security of the US worsen during
Clinton’s 8 years?
The researcher has used various secondary sources to collect and present relevant data,
employing the Doctrinal Method of research. The methodology adopted is largely analytical and
descriptive. Reliance has been placed largely on Acts and judgments, books, scholarly articles
and research papers.

President Bill Clinton's position is marked by intense scrutiny and there are both those who like
and strongly criticize the policy held by the presidential administration from 1993 to 2001. Such
differences in assessment obviously arise from the work of all members of the administration but
in general. by Bill Clinton personally responsible for both the successes and failures of American
policy during the presidency.

At the same time Bill Clinton's term of presidency was marked by significant historical events
and the role of the US and as a result its leader, including the presidential administration, was
very important. That is why it was necessary to analyze Bill Clinton's administration policy in
order to understand what was the general result of his work and what were the main points of his
domestic, international policy.1 And, finally, in the context of the current situation in the US and
around the world, the question of national security during Clinton's administration should be
discussed.
CHANGE
In 1993, President Clinton and Deputy President Gore launched their economic strategy: (1) to
establish sound financial management, eliminate budget deficits, keep interest rates low, and
promote private sector investment; (2) investing in people through education, training, science,
and research; and (3) opening up foreign markets so that American workers can compete
overseas. Eight years later, the effects of President Clinton's economic leadership are clear. The
recorded budget deficit has become a record-breaking surplus, 22 million new jobs created,
unemployment and basic inflation are at its lowest level in more than 30 years, and the United
States is one of the longest economic growths in our history.

CHANGE
When we talk about the domestic policy of Bill Clinton's administration it is necessary to point
out that the presidency has been marked by great economic progress and time can be considered
very successful from an economic point of view. In fact the function of the democratic
presidential administration, or to put it bluntly, its effects and economic development at this time
is very different from the results of governing the Republic of George Bush Senior and the junior
president marked if not an economic crisis rather than a kind of economic downturn

4Despite the fact that the reasons for such economic development were disputed and the success
of the presidential administration was widely criticized but it was impossible to deny the figures
showing the positive development of the American economy. For example, in the summary of
Bill Clinton's administration, it should be emphasized that 18 million new jobs have been created
which has resulted in low unemployment in 30 years; home ownership increased from 64.0% to
67.5%; income increases at all levels; The largest deficit budget in American history ‘inherited’
from the Bush administration was transformed into the largest surplus of more than $ 200 billion
that was associated with lower government spending as a percentage of GDP since 1974; and
finally the family ownership level was higher than before5.
CHANGE
President Clinton realized from the beginning of his administration that the most powerful force
in our world was global trade. He also acknowledged that while globalization is inevitable, its
benefits must be utilized to advance our democratic goals, shared prosperity and peace. How
America can use its influence today to build with our democratic partners a strong international
system of cooperation with institutions that meet the challenges of a united world, to ensure that
this system is truly open to all who adhere to clearly defined standards, and to be prepared to
stand up to those values. The comprehensive framework of the annual foreign policy cannot be
summed up in a bump sticker, but it is reflected in the principles that govern Clinton's foreign
policy over the past eight years.

However, all the criticism leveled at Clinton's domestic and international policy seems to be
insignificant compared to allegations of weakening the national security system and undermining
a major threat to national security, which was particularly felt after the end, for the presidency of
Bill Clinton. As already mentioned, the president carried out his administration negligently in the
military and basically the citizens took an important position in his administration. But more
importantly the presidential administration reduced military funding and reduced their numbers. ]

Considering all of the above, therefore, it is possible to conclude that the eight-year term of
Clinton's presidency and his administration is reflected in some mysterious aspect of domestic
policy and national security questions. This led in part to the international policy of the
presidency and its shortcomings led to the growing power of a terrorist organization like Al-
Qaeda that threatens the security of the United States and the rest of the world. Still, ordinary
citizens can probably remember the improvement in the American economy and social status
after Clinton's victory in the election, the decline in unemployment rates but all positive
sentiments will be less clear compared to the recent terrorist attacks in the context of persistent
allegations, Clinton's treatment of indifference to national security
