Patrol Key Points of Generators

Generator Key Area Patrol List

1、Check the state of generator set runs normally, without leakage.

2、.Check the lube oil level.

3、Check all valves are in right condition. Fault-free .

4、Check the sealing surface of the fuel gas inlet valve is normal.

5、Check all pump system and auxiliary pipes. No leakage, no loose flange connection.

6、Check no fire or smoke appears on the top of the running Generator set.

7、Check the standby generator. No alarms.

8、Check the air filter cleanliness.

9、Check the engine's lube oil tank level.

10、No coolant leakage in any connections.

11、Check the generator running sound is normal .

12、Check the diesel level and lube oil level for the Diesel Generator.

13、Check the detectors of Fire and Gas Alarm System working well.
