And finally, with a specific form as well, it brings an approach indicading the manufacturing perspectives of the pedagogical supervision for the educational System of Mozambique and at the schools through democratic, humanizing and emancipative perspective. So, to sustain the analysis of the research by methodological form, it's betaken the explanation of Micheal Faucault, trying to demonstrate how the power is organized and structured inside the school through the disciplinary actions of the Subject. And yet, in the approach of Pierre Bourdieu about the school as a reproductive System of the society of class, keeping the hierachy of power. This research is bibliographic, of field and is betaken too the juridic legal documents related to the education of Mozambique. For the field research is betaken the realization of interviews to the subjects who are used with the phenomenon under investigation, presently, with the open-ended questions. During the discussions the outcomes of the investigation evidence that the practice of pedagogical supervision in the Mozambican context remotes from the colonial period, the period that were institutionalized the first schools in Mozambique and that this activity was always connected with the vigilance and control, because it's colonial inheritance. It's an idelogy of dominant class, a strategy of the capitalist wold found at the schools by different dominator depending of the activity, it's hierarchizied and well dissimulated. Which demonstrates that, the pedagogical supervision is an activity of control found in a relation of hierarchical power. Key works: pedagogical supervision, relation of power, basic school education
